This information supplements the SVADOR Privacy Policy, which explains the categories of data processed, their sources and the conditions relating to Shopify.
Last updated: 22 September 2026.
1. Controller and contact details
The controller for SVADOR's own processing activities is GRUPO JYNS GARCIA S.L., Spanish tax identification number (NIF) B22523443, with its registered office at Parque Mestre Ferrero, number 15, door 6, 46870 Ontinyent, Valencia, Spain.
For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, email hello@svador.com. You can also contact us on +34 614 385 642.
2. Why we process your data
Purchases and after-sales service. We use the data necessary to manage orders, payments, deliveries, returns, exchanges and guarantees. The legal bases are performance of the contract and compliance with the relevant legal obligations.
Enquiries. We handle purchase-related requests on the basis of the contract or pre-contractual measures you request. For other enquiries addressed to SVADOR, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Invoicing and documentation. We retain and use the information required to comply with our tax, accounting and commercial obligations.
Marketing communications. We send news and promotions with the appropriate consent or, where the relevant requirements are met, under the legal permission to communicate about our own products similar to those previously purchased. You can always unsubscribe.
Analytics and advertising. Optional tracking technologies will be used with the required consent to measure shop activity, evaluate campaigns or personalise advertising.
Security. We process information necessary to prevent fraud and protect the shop on the basis of our legitimate interest and applicable legal obligations, respecting the rights of those affected.
3. Tools and providers
In addition to Shopify and payment providers, our operations involve:
- GLS and the operators involved in delivery, to manage transport and related issues.
- Google & YouTube and Facebook & Instagram, through their shop integrations, for enabled measurement and advertising functions with the appropriate legal basis.
- Judge.me, to manage and publish reviews.
- Shopify Collabs, for functions relating to collaborations and referral attribution.
- Klaviyo, whose integration is enabled and still being configured, to manage information relating to customers, subscriptions and communications. The absence of active campaigns does not mean that the integration does not process data.
We are configuring Manychat to manage conversations and automations on channels including WhatsApp. Its use will be subject to the purpose of each interaction and the appropriate permissions. Mentioning a tool on this page does not authorise us to send you advertising.
When you use WhatsApp, its platform provider is also involved under its own privacy policy.
Providers may act on behalf of SVADOR or as controllers for certain processing activities of their own, depending on the service. Information about Shopify Network Intelligence, which is currently enabled, is provided in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and preferences
Providing your email address or telephone number to receive an order does not, by itself, mean that you are subscribing to advertising.
Consent for email, WhatsApp and advertising technologies must correspond to each purpose and channel. Accepting cookies does not mean subscribing to marketing communications either.
You may unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails, through the channel where you receive messages, or by emailing hello@svador.com.
Unsubscribing from advertising does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about a purchase or an issue.
5. Data retention
We apply the following criteria:
- Orders and invoicing: throughout the handling of the purchase and the relevant statutory retention and liability periods.
- Enquiries and complaints: while resolving them and for the time necessary to address potential resulting liabilities.
- Marketing subscriptions: until you withdraw consent, object or the data is no longer necessary for that purpose.
- Consent and unsubscribing: we retain the minimum information necessary to demonstrate permissions and honour requests not to receive advertising.
- Browsing data: according to the purpose and retention periods of the technologies used.
Where legally required, data will be retained with access and processing restricted and deleted when the applicable periods expire.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. General protection mechanisms are explained in our Privacy Policy.
You may request information about recipients and safeguards applicable to SVADOR's processing, and how to obtain a copy of those safeguards, by emailing hello@svador.com.
7. Exercising rights and complaints
Where provided by law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. You may also withdraw consent and exercise applicable rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing.
To do so, email hello@svador.com with your request. We will only request additional identification information where necessary and proportionate.
We normally respond within one month. If a statutory extension is appropriate due to the complexity or number of requests, we will inform you within the first month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent authority in your country, without having to complain to SVADOR first.
8. Updates
We will review this information when SVADOR's tools or own processing activities change. Changes requiring fresh consent are not authorised merely by publishing an update.
